Description
PROCR Human Recombinant produced in Sf9 Baculovirus cells is a single, glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 435 amino acids (18-210a.a.) and having a molecular mass of 49.3kDa (Molecular size on SDS-PAGE will appear at approximately 40-57kDa). PROCR is expressed with a 242 amino acids hIgG-His tag at C-Terminus and purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques. Protein-c Receptor (PROCR) is a receptor for activated protein C, a serine protease activated by and involved in the blood coagulation pathway. The PROCR protein is an N-glycosylated type I membrane protein which enhances the activation of protein C.
