Target Peptides

A target peptide is a mimetic peptide ligand that directs bind a cell membrane receptor or a the transport of a protein to a specific region in the cell, including the nucleus, mitochondria, endoplasmic reticulum, chloroplast, apoplast, peroxisome and plasma membrane. Some target peptides are cleaved from the protein by signal peptidases after the proteins are transported.

Target Peptides
Peptidepharma Nova aim to identified several target peptides with very high affinity to tumor cell. Peptidepharma present several identification method such as peptide libraries by using low Mw molecules peptides screening, and the tools to identify new ligands.
